The project involved identifying key issues in SEO, site structure, and backlink authority that were limiting organic growth. I implemented a UX-focused redesign and executed a comprehensive SEO plan aligned with Google’s E-E-A-T guidelines, including technical fixes, keyword optimization, and content improvements. This resulted in a 12.2% increase in impressions, 15% growth in clicks and sales, and a significant ranking improvement from an average position of 42.86 to 14.54, along with early conversions from AI-driven traffic sources.
