At Veloz Marketing Agency, we provide professional digital marketing and web-based services tailored to each client’s business goals. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are generally final.

1. Service-Based Refund Policy

• Payments made for SEO services, social media management, paid advertising, web development, branding, or consulting are non-refundable once the service has commenced.
• If a project has not yet started, refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of payment and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only if:

• The service was not delivered as agreed in the proposal.
• A technical or billing error occurred on our side.
• Duplicate payments were made.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results such as rankings, leads, sales, or revenue. Refunds will not be issued based on performance expectations.
