By accessing or using velozmarketing.agency, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Veloz Marketing Agency provides digital marketing, SEO, social media management, paid advertising, web development, and related services. Service scope, pricing, and timelines are defined in written agreements or proposals.

2. Payments

  • All fees must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed.
  • Late payments may result in service suspension.
  • Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

3. Intellectual Property

All content, strategies, designs, and materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Business losses, revenue loss, or indirect damages
  • Third-party platform changes (Google, Meta, etc.)
  • Results outside our reasonable control

5. Service Availability

Free Service Period:
A complimentary service period of 20 days will be provided from the official project handover date. This free service applies only once per project and covers minor adjustments and issue fixes within the original project scope. The free service period is non-transferable and subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Server-Side Service:
Server-side service and technical support will be available for a period of 1 year (12 months) from the official project handover date, provided that the client maintains an active subscription plan with the Company.

If the subscription is inactive, expired, or cancelled, server-side service and technical support will be suspended until renewal. After the 1-year period, continued server maintenance and support will require subscription renewal or may be subject to additional charges.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice according to the agreed terms. Outstanding payments remain payable.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
